Location: Opposite of the theatre and the public parking garage, our house (built in 1933) is located on a busy street, which is quiet during nights. The old town with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops is just a couple of steps away. You can find the next supermarket within walking distance. The train station is only a 10 minute walk and offers direct connections to Munich (35 minute train ride), Starnberg, Tutzing, Murnau as well as to Garmisch and Innsbruck in Austria. Surrounded by lots of picturesce lakes and nearby mountains Weilheim offers many activities for nature lovers. Cultural sights, such as baroque churches, monastaries or museums are also worth visiting. The world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle is only 50 minutes away. The central location of our apartment is also suitable for visitors without a car, since the region is good to explore with a rental bicycle or by train or bus. We are more than happy to provide you with individual tips. 

The apartment: Located in the semi-basement of the house we also live in, you enter the bright garden-apartment over a separate entrance. We renovated your personal 50 square meter space with lots of love to make sure you feel at home. The apartment offers an open-space kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a kingsize bed (180x200) and Smart-TV with some english channels as well as a spacious bathroom with shower (Info: please note that the room height of the bathroom is only 1,98 m which might be relevant for very tall people or when showering. The height of the shower itself is less). Of course you are welcome to enjoy our garden to relax, sunbath or for a BBQ. 

Kitchen / stove & oven / small fridge with freezer unit / small dishwasher / microwave / toaster / kettle / silverware / utensils / coffee machine for pads / bluetooth radio / dish towels / basic condiments for the first days (salt. pepper, sugar, vinegar, oil, dish soap,  garbage bags). The living area is integrated in the open kitchen and provides a couch, a rocking chair, a table with 4 chairs. 

Bedroom / semi-basement / 55 inch Smart-TV incl. NETFLIX, RTL+, Amazon Prime, Samsung TV+ (all channels only through smart-function and streaming)  / Kingbed 180 m x 200 m with orthopedic mattresses / 2 anti-allergic feather & down duvets with 155 m x 220 m (duvet covers included) or thinner summer blankets.

Bathroom / shower / towels / hairdryer / toiletpaper. Please note the low ceiling height in the bathroom. 

Patio / small table with 2 chairs / BBQ option (charcoil not included).

Parking / we will communicate the parking opportunities individually with you.

Bicycles / feel free to park your bicycles in our driveway. Please understand that we assume no liability in case of theft or damage.

Change of Linen / Bed-linen, towels and dish-towels are being provided upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with a new washing-machine and tumbler, therefore we leave it up to you to wash and change. Should you need additional service, please let us know.

Pets / We love animals. However, out of consideration for allergic guests, please understand that we cannot accept pets.

Smoking / Please note that our apartment is non-smoking. You are very welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the patio. 

Insects / Our apartment is located in the semi-basement, therefore we have insect screens on all small windows.
